Kaylen joined Southeast Venture in 2016 and oversees the company’s marketing and branding efforts, bringing production of marketing materials and special projects completely in-house. With her graphic design know-how, she coordinates the creation, design, and development of marketing campaigns for brokerage listings, design proposals, presentations, and other projects for each of Southeast Venture’s divisions. Additionally, Kaylen oversees Southeast Venture’s digital efforts, including social media and website. Notable projects include the redesign and relaunch of Southeast Venture’s website in 2018, a logo and brand refresh in 2019, a subsequent refresh of the website in 2022, and the creation and implementation of SV Design logo and branding in 2022.
