KC Sailsbery of Platte River Group, powered by 8z, is a Colorado REALTOR® serving buyers, sellers, and investors across Northeastern Colorado. Known for her steady guidance, market knowledge, and relationship-first approach, KC specializes in residential, commercial, and industrial real estate throughout communities including Fort Morgan, Brush, Wiggins, Sterling, and the surrounding Eastern Plains communities.
After beginning her career in property management while attending the University of Northern Colorado, KC transitioned fully into real estate in 2018 and quickly built a reputation for professionalism, patience, and strong client advocacy. In 2023, she was voted Morgan County’s Best Realtor, recognizing her commitment to exceptional service and deep local expertise.
KC holds both a Bachelor of Arts and a Master of Education, credentials that continue to shape the way she serves her clients through strong communication, thoughtful guidance, and a highly educational approach to real estate. She also earned her Graduate REALTOR® Institute (GRI) designation in 2022, an advanced training program supported by the National Association of REALTORS® that reflects a higher level of industry education and transactional expertise. Before real estate, KC spent 16 years in education teaching students from high school through college level.
