Keaton C. McCann is a Senior Associate within Cushman & Wakefield’s Tenant Advisory Group, based in the firm’s Midtown Manhattan office. He joined the company in October 2022 as a Senior Brokerage Specialist and, within a year, advanced to Associate and then Senior Associate. Since joining, Keaton has contributed to more than $150 million in transactions, covering over 450,000 square feet.
Keaton advises a broad range of tenants, with a particular focus on the financial services sector, including family offices, hedge funds, private equity firms, investment managers, and wealth managers, among others. His work also extends to international financial institutions, giving him experience navigating the unique requirements of global organizations.
Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Keaton held roles at several venture-backed startups, gaining a perspective on growth and innovation, and briefly worked at another global commercial real estate firm, where he helped manage key portfolio accounts across the Northeast.
