My name is Keenan Schuur, I am licensed real estate broker in the state of Iowa. I was born and raised in Fort Dodge, IA. I graduated from St. Edmond High School, received my AA in business from Iowa Central Community College, and my bachelors degree from Buena Vista University, double majoring in marketing and management. I have an extensive sales and customer service background. I started working at grocery retailer in Fort Dodge, when I was 14 years old, and worked there for 10 years, all through my schooling. After college, I got a job working for an agricultural manufacturing company, working in their inside sales department. From there I went to a wine and spirits distribution company, working as a sales rep, covering a wide territory in central Iowa. A year after I began working there, I decided to get my real estate license. I continued to work there for the first couple years of my real estate career, before I decided to go full-time as a Realtor. I have a lot of home town pride and try to stay active in the community. I serve on the Board of Appeals for the city of Fort Dodge, and also serve on the Human Rights Commission for the city of Fort Dodge. I am happily married with 3 children. When I am not showing or listing homes or buildings, I spend a lot of time with my family, they keep me plenty busy outside of the office!
