Keesa has extensive background in commercial investment and property management including acquisitions, dispositions, operations, risk management, maintenance, insurance and legal. Prior to joining Columbia Equity Advisors in 2020, Keesa was the Risk Manager at NALS Apartment Homes which owned and managed over 15,000 apartment units in 10 states, and she served as the President and board member for the Oregon Chapter of the Risk and Insurance Management Society (RIMS). She holds a Real Estate Finance degree from Portland State University and the Associate of Risk Management (ARM) accreditation.
