Keisha Smith joined Four Seasons in January of 2025. She leads Four Seasons' efforts to maintain and enrich the company’s celebrated culture and people-centric focus, ensuring these priorities remain a longstanding competitive advantage to attract, retain and develop best-in-class talent worldwide. Keisha brings more than 20 years of HR leadership experience from public and privately held companies in the fashion, media, and financial services industries where she earned a reputation as an exceptional leader through her work overseeing company transformations, building new functions, and enabling growth. Most recently she served as the Chief People Officer at Tory Burch. Before Tory Burch, Keisha was the Chief Human Resources Officer at News Corp and Managing Director, Global Head of Talent Management at Morgan Stanley. She holds a BA in International Relations from the University of Virginia and is a Hudson Institute Certified Executive Coach.
