Bio
As Vice President at RBC Capital Markets Real Estate Group (Global Investment Banking), Keith specializes in dispositions, acquisitions and advisory of institutional-quality real estate assets nationally for both public and private clients across all major asset classes.
Previously as Director of Investments at Nicola Real Estate (Nicola Wealth), he focused on origination and execution of acquisition and development opportunities on behalf of various institutional partners, pension funds, and private capital. During his tenure, Keith successfully completed a number of trophy, value-add, and opportunistic transactions.
Keith is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CA) in good standing and started his career in the real estate practice at KPMG, with a focus in valuations. Additionally, he is a licensed Real Estate Broker and holds a Master’s in Accounting from the University of Waterloo.
