As President & CEO, Keith Finley is responsible for the overall acquisition, leasing and property management activities at Pinnacle Property Company. Mr. Finley founded the company in 1988, and previously held the position of Senior Vice President with Central Park Development, a shopping center developer in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area. During his tenure with Central Park Development, the firm's portfolio of shopping centers increased from eight to almost 30 centers, and Mr. Finley supervised all retail leasing for the company. From 1978 to 1985, Mr. Finley was employed by K-Mart where he progressed from Management Trainee to Home Office Planning and Buying.
Mr. Finley graduated from The University of Pittsburgh in 1977. He is married with two children and resides in McKinney, Texas.
