Keith Gelder is the President of STOCK Luxury Apartment Living and STOCK Commercial, and has been with the company since 2006. Keith is responsible for leading all day to day operations including site acquisitions, feasibility, underwriting, financing, construction administration, lease-up, and asset disposition. In addition to overseeing the luxury apartment division, Keith also serves as the Vice President of Land responsible for overseeing all land acquisitions and development to provide finished lots to STOCK Development’s production and custom homebuilding teams. His responsibilities include leading all due diligence, entitlement, planning, permitting, project management, and compliance for all of Stock’s land holdings. Prior to joining STOCK Development, Keith worked at Raymond James Tax Credit Funds specializing in the acquisition and syndication of tax credit equity for apartment properties. He earned his B.S. in Finance and an MBA from the University of Florida.
