Bio
Keith has over 30 years’ experience in UK commercial property and land markets focused on development and valuation, heading up the firm’s valuation function in Scotland. He has a hands-on style, strong local market knowledge and an understanding of complex property situations and contracts.
He is a valuation specialist, undertaking valuations for a variety of purposes including loan security, accounting, acquisition, tax and litigation (Expert Witness). He also undertakes landlord and tenant work for a variety of clients together with other complex negotiations.
Keith sits on the firm’s housing sector group and is involved in the disposal and acquisition of residential and mixed-use development sites. He deals with a wide range of properties including offices, retail, industrial, leisure premises and development land/properties together with specialist properties including whisky distilleries, football stadia, automotive properties, affordable housing, PRS/BTR and student accommodation.
