Mr. Knight is responsible for the asset management for office properties in the Washington, D.C. and Dallas metro areas. In addition, he asset manages industrial properties in the Baltimore, Washington, DC, Richmond, Charlotte, and Dallas markets.
Prior to joining Equus in 2006, Mr. Knight was a Finance Manager for CarrAmerica, a public REIT for three years and held a number of senior financial analyst positions before CarrAmerica.
He holds an M.B.A. from George Mason University (2000) and a B.S. in Finance (1995) from Virginia Tech.
