Keith is the founder and Principal Broker at ALLIANT Commercial Realty Services, LLC, Franklin, Tennessee, where he is in charge of leasing, development, and brokerage services at Alliant.
Previously Rosenblum was President of Crye-Leike Commercial, Nashville, TN. During his years at Crye-Leike, Rosenblum was in charge of brokerage and development of seventeen different properties valued in excess of $45 million which included office, industrial and retail space. His expertise encompasses negotiating site acquisitions, the hiring of civil engineers, architects and general contractors. Additionally, he arranged all development financing and permanent financing once the buildings were complete. Rosenblum was the chief negotiator of a merger between the two largest privately owned real estate companies in Tennessee.
Rosenblum was also Director of U. S. Real Estate Operations for Nortel Networks, Nashville, TN. While at Nortel, Rosenblum was responsible for over nine million square feet of space where he handled all leasing. Rosenblum negotiated all of the business terms and lease terms for the national headquarters of Nortel Networks which consisted of 280,000 square feet of space in a long term lease.
