CAREER SUMMARY
Mr. Staso is currently a Pennsylvania Real Estate Broker, a Certified Public Accountant and the President of APEX Realty Advisors, LLC. In his current position he has ultimate responsibility for all brokerage operations, including acquisition, disposition, financial analysis, lease vs. buy decisions and development.
He has been directly involved in the leasing, acquiring, selling and financing of more than four million square feet of commercial space. His responsibilities have been split between tenant representation and development/consulting. His assignments have ranged in size from 2,500 to 300,000 rentable square feet.

Mr. Staso has represented the following parties in various transactions:
Ø Developers/Landlords: New England Life Asset Group, Hillman Properties, WCB Properties, Marex Properties, Swiss Bank, and Park Tower Realty.
Ø Asset Managers: Jones Lang Wooten Realty Advisors, LaSalle Partners, and West World Holdings, Inc.
Ø Exclusive Tenant Representation: U.S. Airways, Federated Investors, Laidlaw Transit, Equitable Resource Corporation, CNG Corporation, Equitrans Inc., Allegheny General Hospital, Education Management Corporation, Fisher Scientific and Allegheny County.
Ø Institutional Clients: Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA), Sports & Exhibition Authority (SEA), Allegheny County, City of Pittsburgh, Commonwealth of PA and Westmoreland Water Authority.
Mr. Staso worked for Grubb & Ellis for twenty years and during his tenure there he rose to the position of Senior Vice President. He consistently ranked in the top 5% of all brokers in production and in 1995 he was recognized as the Company’s top-producing broker worldwide. He was a recipient of the Senior Marketing Consultant designation, awarded by Grubb & Ellis for outstanding production and leadership.
EDUCATION
A Pittsburgh native, Mr. Staso earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
