Keller’s passion for commercial real estate has been fueled by a range of hands-on experiences across the industry. Most recently, he completed an internship with Ward Richmond’s team at Colliers, where he focused on industrial supply chain analytics, gaining insight into the strategic drivers behind industrial site selection and logistics. Previously, he served as a Brokerage Intern at Colliers in Ontario, CA, where he conducted in-depth market research on Big Box industrial buildings, identified lease expirations, and engaged in cold calling to verify tenant occupancy—further sharpening his understanding of the market. In addition to his real estate experience, he built a strong financial foundation through internships with Mesa Management and Levendi Winery. In these roles, he managed budgets for multifamily properties, performed property audits, and supported CRM development.
