Kelley has 20 years of experience in commercial real estate leasing, sales, and investments. She oversees the retail portfolio with The RMR Group, an asset management REIT. Kelley is actively involved with the CCIM Institute, serving on the SC CCIM Chapter Board, past President of the State Chapter, and incoming Regional Vice President. Kelley’s expertise covers the US region. She has executed numerous real estate transactions including acquisitions, developments, leasing, and investment sales with numerous credit tenants and both public and private companies.
