Kelley Sigl is a Senior Managing Director in the Savills Austin office. With over 20 years of experience in commercial real estate, she brings a wealth of expertise in tenant representation, relationship-building, and corporate portfolio management. Clients value Kelley’s consultative, holistic approach, grounded in their individual goals, milestones, challenges, and motivators. She also has a high acumen for building trust and leading executive-level stakeholders throughout the life of a project.
Prior to joining Savills, Kelley was Senior Vice President at JLL, where she provided high-level corporate real estate advisory services and tenant representation. Kelley has worked extensively with many notable non-profit organizations to help them align their real estate decisions with their core mission and goals. A few to note include The Nature Conservancy, Casey Family Programs, the Salvation Army, and the Center for Child Protection here in Austin. Her ability to effectively negotiate complex transactions with integrity and transparency has driven long-term client relationships. She has significant experience working with clients that are primarily innovative and entrepreneurial organizations, including early- and growth-stage tech companies, venture capital firms, and private equity firms. Kelley’s career also includes leadership roles at Kinzer Partners, PitchBook Data, and Washington Partners.
