After a great chapter in my career representing office landlords at Transwestern, I'm excited to share that I've made the transition to tenant representation at Newmark.
Having negotiated leases from the ownership perspective for nearly 20 years, I understand the factors that drive landlord decision-making, where flexibility may exist within a negotiation, and how to identify opportunities that create value beyond just rental rate comparisons. I also understand the operational and financial realities of the market, which can help tenants evaluate options more effectively and negotiate from a position of knowledge.
Most importantly, this transition allows me to focus exclusively on advocating for occupiers and helping them align their real estate decisions with their business objectives.
