Kelly Bayer joined NAI DiLeo-Bram & Co. in 2020 after launching her retail brokerage career in 2014. In this role, she focuses on identifying viable markets for new retail locations, developing and implementing property repositioning business plans and creating/executing a sound real estate strategy. Kelly’s client base includes local and national retail occupiers and owners.
Prior to joining NAIDB, Kelly served as an Associate Director with Colliers International, where she focused on the retail sector, and as an Associate with Cushman & Wakefield’s New Jersey Retail Team. A specialist in analyzing demographic and psychographic data, she is adept at assessing pedestrian flow, traffic counts and occupancy cost analysis to evaluate their individual and collective effect on each clients’ unique business plan.
