Born and raised in Houston, Kelly joined Colliers in 2017 and prior to that was President of Commercial Houston Corporation, a Houston based brokerage established in 1997 after returning to Houston from Southwest Florida where she worked in retail shopping center development and leasing in Naples and Fort Myers, Florida for Houston-based Heritage Development. Since the beginning, out of college, working as project coordinator for office and retail center developers in Houston, she learned the businsess from the ground up.
With a 30-year, multi-disciplined background in commercial real estate, her background provides a diverse skill set that lays the foundation for effectiveness in assisting clients achieve their goals. She offers a wealth of transaction experience that includes a history of site selection and acquisition, land sales, investment property sales, tenant representation and leasing.
