Mr. Koukou has 29 years of commercial real estate experience and has represented a diverse group of clients in industries ranging from retail, manufacturing, technology, education and marketing. Prior to joining Lee & Associates in 2013, Mr. Koukou was a Senior Vice President at CBRE in their Long Island office. At CBRE his responsibilities included the leasing and sale of industrial properties. Before CBRE, Mr. Koukou was the Vice President of All Industrial Real Estate in Hauppauge, New York, where he sold and leased industrial properties.
