With backgrounds in residential and new condominium development, Kelly and her husband, Stephen, opened the Engel & Volkers franchise in 2008 with the current location Engel & Volkers Belleair in Pinellas County. Kelly is the Broker of Record for the E & V shop, managing its Real Estate Advisors and staff. Additionally, Kelly founded International Title Partners, a Clearwater-based title agency in 2014.
