I have been in the real estate business for 29 years working specifically in Suburban Agency Leasing. Before joining JLL's Suburban Agency Leasing Team, I was the Brokerage Coordinator for Cushman & Wakefield's Suburban Agency Leasing Team. I started my career in Suburban Agency Leasing in 1996 at Grubb & Ellis Company and then moved with my team to Colliers International.
I am a direct liaison between my team and their client’s entrepreneurial owners and developers, REIT’s, institutional owners and private owners. My skills at problem solving, the ability to multi-task and handle rapidly changing priorities and following projects through to completion has made me an integral part of the team. I played an active role in the development and distribution of property marketing materials—brochures, direct mail pieces and electronic communications . I was also responsible for organizing and planning meetings and special broker functions ranging from small golf outings to large broker open houses. I also managed the teams’ day-to-day and ongoing marketing and communication process, including the development and distribution of regular marketing reports , general property and suburban research information and reports, proposals and routine correspondence. I am directly directly involved with all levels of client personnel, from property managers to company principals, whether it is on-site at the local property or through travel to the client’s offices in other parts of the country.
