With over nine years of dedicated experience in the dynamic realm of Commercial Real Estate, Kelly has been privileged to serve as an integral member of the esteemed SVN/Walt Arnold Commercial Brokerage, Inc. Since 2015, she has had the honor of creating the highly regarded SVN Office Team with Walt Arnold. Within this capacity, her primary focus has been on facilitating office leasing and sales transactions, alongside cultivating extensive expertise in industrial leasing and sales.
Throughout her career, she’s remained steadfastly committed to upholding the highest standards of ethics, integrity, and an unwavering work ethic. These values have not only underpinned her professional conduct but have also served as the bedrock of her notable achievements in the Commercial Real Estate arena. As a result, she is one of New Mexico's top producing commercial real estate professionals.
Her journey into the world of Commercial Real Estate was paved with a strong foundation in sales success, complemented by a Bachelor's degree from Belmont Abbey College. Whether it was her contributions as a first-team All-State soccer player/District Player of the Year, the accolades received for her musical talents as a First-Chair Violinist in the orchestra, or her academic achievements, she has always approached every endeavor with passion and determination. Having graduated from Sandia High School, she embarked on her academic pursuits fueled by a combination of academic and athletic scholarships. During her collegiate years, she had the privilege of being a four-year starter for the women's soccer team, where her dedication and skill culminated in being recognized as a two-year all-conference player and team captain.
Beyond the realm of commercial real estate, her interests and passions extend to embrace her love for family while cycling NM’s scenic roads, cherished moments spent with her beloved doggies through hiking escapades, and an insatiable appetite for adventure while traveling in search of new experiences.
