Kelsey Reynolds joined TSCG as a member of the tenant representation team where she focused on site selection and market analysis for retailers and developers across North and South Carolina. She represented retailers including Whataburger, The Salty, Club Champion, Veronica Beard and Allen Edmonds. Her work on the tenant side of the business has provided a unique perspective for her current position as a landlord representative. Kelsey now specializes on thoughtful merchandising and leasing of power centers, lifestyle centers and grocery-anchored shopping centers across the Carolinas. Prior to TSCG, Kelsey lived and worked in New York City for super brands O, The Oprah Magazine and Thakoon.
Kelsey is a retail enthusiast with a passion for emerging trends and specialty retail and lifestyle concepts. She's a graduate of Southern Methodist University (Pony Up) an active member of ICSC, and Junior League (JLC).
