Kenneth (Ken) Kraemer serves as the Managing Director – Asset Management of M360 Advisors, LLC. In that role, Ken manages the team responsible for monitoring and managing all assets in the M360 loan portfolio. Prior to joining M360, he was the Head of Special Servicing and Asset Management at Sabal Capital Partners. During his 11+ years at Sabal, Ken served in multiple senior roles at the company. Prior to Sabal, Ken’s career included banking, construction and real estate development.
