Ken has an extensive background in marketing and leasing, brokerage and new business development. He has over twenty years of commercial real estate experience.
Ken is one of the original group of brokers that opened the Dallas office of Lee & Associates in 2006. He holds a Principal’s position on the industrial team, specializing in tenant representation and institutional project leasing.
Prior to forming Lee & Associates, Ken was an Executive Vice President for The Bradford Companies. He has also worked with Trammell Crow Company, and for KPMG as a management consultant.
Through working all side of transactions, Ken has extensive experience with lease negotiations and financial analysis. As a result, his clients are provided with the highest level of service and have a competitive advantage in the market.
