Bio
Kendall Spewock is the principal broker and co-founder of Admiral Property, a thriving real estate and property management firm established in 2021. Recognized as the youngest real estate broker in the U.S. that same year, Kendall brings a wealth of experience in property management, sales, and construction project management dating back to 2018. Her leadership, alongside co-founder Stacey Corris, has propelled Admiral Property to manage over $10 million in assets and more than 560 units. Deeply committed to community engagement, Kendall serves on the board of directors for the Rochester Chamber of Commerce and actively participates in local initiatives that reflect Admiral Property’s core philosophy: “We Treat It Like It’s Ours.”
