Being raised in the Rogue and Illinois Valleys of Southwest Oregon, Kendon has had the opportunity to see this beautiful part of the world develop into one of the most desirable places to live in the country. He shares this quality of life with his wife Jessie, sons Cameron, Kadon, and Colton, and his Daughters Kensie, Lynsie, Kaysie and Kelsie from their home in the rural town of Williams.
When not busy with Real Estate, you will find Kendon Fly Fishing on a Remote Stream, Hiking a High Mountain Trail, or chasing Storms or Wildfires. Paragliding, playing a number of Competitive Sports including Soccer, and Teaching Badminton at the Local College were things you would commonly find Kendon participating in.
Spending time with his wife and family is a high priority.
Kendon has worked in and around Grants Pass with jobs varying from County and State Parks, a number of successful Sales and Marketing Positions, and even as a Television Weathercaster! Looking for a new challenge and recognizing the growth in the community, Kendon decided to dive into the unpredictable field of Real Estate. He was determined to succeed by working hard, working smart, and meeting the needs of his clients. He has done just that.
Since becoming a Realtor in 1998, Kendon’s Business Success has grown into that enjoyed only by seasoned Professionals. A Million Dollar Producer since his first year in the business, Kendon is consistently a Sales Leader. He was the Top Individual Producer in ALL of Josephine County in 2023, and is currently the Broker/Owner of Kendon Leet Real Estate. For the past 15 Years, Kendon has been in the Top 1% of Realtors in all of Southern Oregon, and his business continues to grow.
