Ken is a Partner and Co-founder of CDK Realty Advisors. He oversees the firm’s marketing, business development, client relations, and asset management.
Ken has been in the real estate industry since 1977 when he was the Assistant Manager and Controller at Wonderland Mall, San Antonio, Texas. Throughout his tenure with L&B Realty Advisors, Ken held various positions, including General Manager, Operations Manager, Vice President-Shopping Centers, Senior Vice President, and later as its Chief Operating Officer. In that role, he was responsible for a portfolio consisting of ten million square feet of regional, community, and neighborhood shopping centers valued in excess of $1.5 billion.
