Ken Delery is a co-founding partner of SDI Realty Advisors. Ken has spent the majority of his commercial real estate career focused on national retail tenant representation and new retail development opportunities.
Ken actively sought out in excess of 60+ Lowe's Home Center locations throughout Texas, Louisiana and Arkansas. Additionally, he has completed multiple site opportunities for Wal-Mart, Kroger and most every junior box retailer.
Ken has a long history in new retail property development, in which he focuses on the acquisitions, leasing, and strategic opportunities for SDI Realty.
Previously, Ken began his real estate career with Henry S. Miller / Grubb & Ellis National Realty. Prior to that, Ken was a commercial real estate lending officer with Texas Commerce Bank (Chase Bank). Ken received a BBA from Texas A&M University in 1982.
