Kronstadt’s leasing activities are vast and diverse. As a tenant representative, some of his most prominent clients include Human Rights Watch; World Jewish Congress; Capell Barnett Matalon & Schoenfeld; Council of School Administrators and Supervisors; and the Building Trade Employers’ Association. In addition, he represented Capell Barnett Matalon & Schoenfeld in their Long Island headquarters transaction at 487 Jericho Turnpike, where they leased the entire property. They also leased 14,000 square feet at 1385 Broadway in New York. During the pandemic, Kronstadt represented the American Guild for Musical Artists in their purchase of an office condominium at 305 Seventh Avenue. Other prestigious past clients have included Casual Corner; Dupont; Celanese; Cantor Seinuk; Lehr Associates; Warnaco; VF Corporation; Oleg Cassini. Notably, he was instrumental in creating the international headquarters and national benefits offices for International Alliance of Theatrical and Stage Employees and Associated Guild of Musical Artists. Kronstadt also represented Carlisle in its massive 250,000-square-foot requirement. On the landlord side, Kronstadt is the longtime leasing agent for 1430 Broadway, which he successfully re-positioned from its textile tenancy to a prominent office property. He recently helped the property lease 14,000 square feet to Goldman Copeland Associates. Within just a year and a half, he procured four law firm tenants, followed by unions and other office tenants. Kronstadt also served as the leasing agent for 230 West 41st Street from 2000 through 2004, leasing more than 150,000 square feet. Ultimately, Kronstadt assisted in the sale of the property to Research Foundation City University of New York in July 2004, which will be the first campus for the Graduate School of Journalism.
