Kenneth joins The Passman Group after 10 years at Keller Williams, Studio City, CA. Prior to joining Keller Williams, he was an investor who bought and sold commercial real estate for his personal portfolio in Newport Beach, California. In brokerage, Kenneth has been responsible for facilitating transactions for buyers and sellers of commercial and residential real estate.
Over a 25-year career, Kenneth has focused on commercial development, real estate investments, syndication, and financial management for various groups such as Sparkling Ice and Ford Motor Company. He is proficient in multifamily, residential, hotel, land, and mixed-use sales, as well as leasing. In addition, he has helped manage commercial real estate investments for Shaquille O’Neal and worked as a financial investment advisor for Steve Harvey.
Kenneth holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Virginia and a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Phoenix, Los Angeles.
