Ken Shishido is primarily responsible for the leasing of big box retail space throughout California
Experience
Mr. Shishido has over 35 years in commercial real estate, the last several years as a big box tenant rep specialist in So Calif for JLL.
Mr. Shishido has been involved in the sale and leasing of over four million square feet of retail/commercial space throughout California and the Western U.S and also entitled and developed over 100,000 square feet of commercial space in Southern California.
Previously, Mr. Shishido served as Senior Vice President at Wilson Commercial Group, which was acquired by JLL and at Grubb & Ellis in Newport Beach. In both companies, he focused on tenant rep of expanding regional and national retailers along with the leasing of institutional quality shopping center properties.
His longest tenure was at Lee & Associates in Sherman Oaks where he was a Principal/Shareholder for over 16 years and a consistent Top Ten Broker. He was a leader of the retail division for So Calif and one of their top tenant rep brokers.
Education
Mr. Shishido attended UCLA where he graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and also received a Masters in Business Administration in Finance.
