Ken Streeter, is a a resourceful go-to man in the northwest suburbs. Ken owned and operated Star Liquors, and worked closely with cities such as Minneapolis, Maple Grove, and Plymouth. Real Estate companies began to hire Ken to help them with city government approvals because of his familiarity with these cities and their processes. Ken realized that there was not only a need for real estate services but major development on the horizon for the Twin Cities. This led Ken to start Streeter Companies in 1983 and develop his first shopping center in Maple Grove in 1985.
