Bio
Prior to joining McCOR in 2021 as Executive Vice President of its Western Realties Group, Ken was
with Cushman & Wakefield for over 30 years. He began his commercial real estate career with A.E. LePage
in 1984, becoming Vice President and Managing Director of the Cushman & Wakefield Winnipeg office
in 2002 through to 2012. In addition to providing leadership to the brokerage operations, Ken led a team that
has been the lead brokers in over $2B of transactions on behalf of some of Canada’s pre-eminent investors,
landlords, developers and retailers. Through Ken’s extensive and rewarding career, strong precepts of
dedication, commitment and creativity has earned him a network of long-standing clients throughout Canada.
Ken is a 30+ year member of ICSC and is a multi-year recipient of CW’s President’s Round Table award.
