Kenny’s role as the Senior Director of Capital Markets in New South Wales encompasses institutional office investments with a focus on metropolitan markets including North Sydney and the wider North Shore, Macquarie Park, Parramatta and South Sydney.
Before joining Cushman & Wakefield in 2024, Kenny held senior roles in other global real estate services firms. He has over 20 years’ experience in commercial real estate predominantly focusing on Capital Markets property transactions and was formerly a leading valuer in the Sydney office markets, specialising on the North Shore.
