Before real estate, I spent 10 years in my family’s scrap recycling business in Fontana. That means I understand operations—logistics, trucking, warehousing, and the real-world friction points that make a building work or not work.
After we shut down in 2018, I went into interior design and learned how layout and presentation impact perception and value. Now with eXp Commercial, I bring both sides together: operator-minded property analysis plus modern marketing that creates demand and filters for serious buyers/tenants.
