Kent Gubler joined Tyler Duncan Realty Partners and serves dual roles in business development and commercial real estate sales and leasing. Kent has over 30 years’ experience in commercial real estate sales, leasing, federal real estate disposition, Fortune 500 corporate representation and business development. Most recently Kent had provided private sector real estate expertise to the US Army on their BRAC disposition of excess military bases, resulting in the sale of thousands of acres, buildings and the reduction of $100M+ in ongoing caretaker costs across the US. Previous to his work for the Army, he developed and managed account relationships across the US as Director of National Accounts business development for Opus National, one of the nation’s largest developers at the time. Prior, he had managed brokerage operations for the DC/MD office of Charles E. Smith-Vornado Realty Trust, one of the area’s largest real estate developer-owner-manager. Throughout his real estate career, Kent has sold, negotiated, and closed complex transactions, sourced business development opportunities and provided Landlord and Tenant rep services valued at over $2B.
