Kent joined BKM Capital Partners in March 2026 and covers the Orange County region of the firm's southern California portfolio. Prior to joining BKM, he oversaw leasing for Healthcare Realty's California portfolio. in July 2021 where he oversees leasing for the California portfolio. Previously, Kent was with PS Business Parks with properties in the Orange County and LA/Midcounty markets. Additionally, Kent has leased and managed warehouse, office and retail assets at multiple privately-held real estate investment companies with assets primarily located in and around Southern California, as well as working in brokerage focusing on the Inland Empire. Kent holds a Master of Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance from the University of Redlands, and a B.A. in Law and Society from UC Santa Barbara.
