Kent has more than 15 years of Texas-based commercial real estate experience, specializing in multifamily property and distressed debt sales. Since 2006, Kent has closed more than 17,500 units in 26 different cities in Texas, including all of the major metropolitan area. Kent has also materially participated in multiple note sales and distressed debt workout opportunities, and is an active investor in Texas multifamily himself. Kent is among the top producers in Texas and is consistently ranked among the top agents in the firm. Kent has been honored multiple times with Marcus & Millichap’s Sales Recognition Award and the prestigious National Achievement Award. Kent is originally from the Houston area and was a real estate investor prior to joining Marcus & Millichap. Outside of real estate, Kent has also competed internationally in racing road and mountain bicycles. When not working or on the bike, Kent enjoys spending time on Lake Austin.
