Kephra Stone is an Associate at GFP Real Estate, where he supports asset management and leasing initiatives. With a background in real estate finance and investment, Kephra brings experience across acquisitions, loan underwriting, leasing and investment sales.
Prior to joining GFP, Kephra held analyst roles at Spring11, Cougar Capital and Heritage Fund Management, where he gained experience in real estate capital markets and equities trading. His early career included internships at Newmark, NAI and Woodlock Capital, giving him hands-on exposure to leasing, investment sales and acquisitions.
Kephra holds a B.S. in Commercial Real Estate Finance from the College of Charleston, where he served as President of the Real Estate Club, Real Assets Analyst on the student managed investment fund, and earned Dean’s List honors.
