Kevin Armstrong brings more than 30 years of commercial real estate transaction experience to Irgens, including deep market insight and a track record of success in tenant representation and landlord advisory. As Senior Vice President, Portfolio Leasing, Kevin oversees leasing strategies for Irgens’ growing portfolio in Milwaukee and spearheads broker collaboration across the region and beyond. Kevin began his real estate career at The Polacheck Company, rising to Partner before the firm was acquired by CBRE in 2006. He stayed with the company for 13 years, spending seven of those years as Managing Director of CBRE’s Milwaukee office. Prior to joining Irgens, Kevin was an office advisor for Founders 3 Commercial Services.
