Bio
He has been actively involved with Realty House since 1987. He previously served as the Treasurer of the Emerald Coast Association of Realtors, Chairman of the Commercial Industrial Development Council, and Vice President of the Northwest Florida CCIM District. He is a former member of the Board of Adjustments of Fort Walton Beach, a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers. He enjoys investing in Alabama and Florida tax certificates, tax deeds, and foreclosures. His hobbies are hunting, fishing, gardening, camping, and watching Alabama football. He is married to Tracey Jernigan-Bethea and has two sons, Peyton and Bryce.
Education
Attended Okaloosa Walton Community College, University of Alabama, and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Adminstration from Samford University.
