Kevin Bobb, who joined NAI Maestas & Ward in December 2010, has 27 years property management and brokerage experience. A native of New Mexico, Bobb attended Lewis and Clark in Portland, Oregon and then spent 15 years with Breckenridge Resort Condominiums, becoming Owner and President in 1984. With this background, he gained knowledge in many facets of the commercial real estate industry. In 1995, he sold the condominiums and returned home to Albuquerque. In addition to his specialty in the dental profession, Bobb will be part of the expanding NAI Maestas & Ward medical-office specialty division.
During the past 15 years, Bobb has built a well-recognized specialty niche in the Dental and Oral Health field in Albuquerque and the New Mexico Commercial Real Estate Market. He handles practice sales and provides smooth transactions and transitions. Working with statewide equipment suppliers, medical specific builders, state, local and medical organizations and medical providers, he understands their ever changing specific requirements, finding the most suitable properties. He prides himself on introducing a terrific “team” of local equipment suppliers, building contractors and service providers. Kevin is adept at servicing small-to-medium tenants. His client list includes Wesst Corp, Presbyterian Medical Services, UniRac Solar Racking, Guadalupe County Hospital and numerous Charter Schools in the Albuquerque area.
