Kevin Broderick joined CBRE in 2011. He specializes in the disposition of investment grade multi-tenant and single-tenant net leased real estate. Through 14 years of commercial and investment real estate experience, Kevin has expertise in the analysis, marketing, and sale of investment-grade real estate.
Kevin Broderick, in partnership with Matt Gray, has completed 76 transactions, for a total consideration in excess of $287 million over the last 8 years. Prior to joining CBRE, Kevin was employed as an associate broker at Marcus & Millichap where he was directly involved in the marketing and sale of shopping centers and office properties for private investors and banks.
