Kevin Burke is an Associate, Investments with Surmount (formerly NNN Pro). Kevin joined Surmount in 2022 and is currently responsible the representation of developers, 1031 exchange buyers, franchisees/franchisors, and individuals on the acquisition and disposition of net lease properties.
Prior to working with Surmount, Kevin worked at Hemenway Trust Company where he helped manage 200+ client relationships supporting roughly $7 billion in AUM. He graduated from the University of New Hampshire’s Paul College of Business and Economics with a degree in Finance and played four years on the Men’s Lacrosse Team. Kevin currently lives in Boston, Massachusetts.
