Prior to starting NorthPeak Commercial Real Estate Advisors (formerly AQYRE Real Estate Advisors) Kevin spent 11 years with a boutique investment real estate brokerage firm here in Denver. During that time Kevin was a top producing agent year after year and one of the top multifamily brokers in Denver.
Kevin brings a diversified knowledge and advantage to NorthPeak Commercial Advisors and clients looking to invest here in the Colorado market. Prior to being a broker Kevin was a co-founder and CEO of a local development company, Modo Developers, which did over 10 million in sales annually and was the largest condo converter in Denver from 2003-2009.
Kevin also has a deep understanding of sales as he spent nine years with the Southwestern Company – the oldest direct sales company in the U.S. During that time, he built a sales organization of more than 75 people in nine states. Along with building his sales organization, Kevin’s credits include “top first-year salesperson”, “top experienced salesperson”, and “top student manager”. He also has successfully bought and refurbished several properties, which created profits when sold or are cash-generating rentals.
