I am a commercial real estate professional with hands-on investment experience and a passion for building strong client relationships. After graduating from North Carolina State University in 2004, I spent 19 years co-owning and operating a local grocery store, where I honed my skills in understanding customer needs, making decisions, and building lasting relationships.
In 2023, I successfully led the sale of the business, gaining experience in valuation, negotiation, and handling complex transactions. Although this marked the end of a significant chapter in my professional journey, it opened the door to a career in another passion: real estate.
Since 2016, I have invested in and managed multifamily properties, land development, and site selection. Now, I focus full-time on commercial real estate, helping clients evaluate opportunities and make confident decisions to achieve their long-term goals.
