In 2020, Kevin joined the WHLR teams as a Sr. Leasing Associate. Based in Charlotte, NC, Kevin is primarily responsible for leasing a portfolio of grocery-anchored shopping centers in North Carolina, South Carolina, and Virginia while also handling land redevelopment projects.
With over 20 years of commercial real estate experience and a concentration on grocery-anchored retail, Kevin manages over 1.6 million square feet of gross leasable area including national tenants like Dollar Tree, Piggly Wiggly, Food Lion, and Anytime Fitness to name a few. Promoted to Sr. Leasing Manager in 2022, Kevin now oversees the leasing efforts for over 33 shopping centers.
Kevin also holds a membership with the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). Graduating from Xavier University, Kevin earned his B.A. in Communications.
