Bio
Prior to rejoining Cushman & Wakefield, Kevin was with Newmark as an Executive Vice Chairman on the Capital Markets Team based in Los Angeles, California. Prior to Newmark, Donner was a Vice Chairman with Cushman & Wakefield’s Capital Markets Team. He joined the firm in October 2016 after spending 12 years at Eastdil Secured where he served as a Managing Director and Vice President.
Donner started his career in the New Listings and Client Services group at the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE). Following the NYSE, Donner worked at Goldman Sachs in Principal Investment Area (PIA) in New York City and the Private Wealth Management Group (PWM) in San Francisco, and Credit Suisse in the Private Banking Group. He joined Eastdil Secured in 2005, where he spent 11 years prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield in 2016.
